Big Brother is (Always) Watching [Damsey, Spidey, Poofy & Fuzzy]

"Alright then, let's go to the dini-Mmph!" Damsey closed his eyes and kissed back. Kissing Spidey... and being kissed by him is something that Damsey really enjoyed. But, he's too shy to admit it.

Damsey blushed and opened his eyes when Spidey pulled away. He didn't want to look into Spidey's eyes. Because if he did, he might not be able to stop himself from pulling him down into another kiss. He didn't want to force Spidey into doing anything with him. "R-right. L-let's go, then." He reached out and grabbed Spidey's hand, hoping that Spidey won't mind much, and led him to the dining room where Fuzzy, Poofy, Sir Poofy and Fuzfuz were.

Damsey let go of Spidey's hand and sat down and motioned for him to sit down too. "Wow, big bro! Everything looks delicious!" Damsey really liked his big brother's cooking! His big brother was the one who taught him everything he needed to know about cooking! He was so excited, and hoped that Spidey was just as excited as he was!

Damsey was caught off-guard by his big brother's question. He blushed and looked at Spidey. He knew that his big brother would shush him if he decided to speak because he was talking to Spidey, not him. He decided to just watch how Spidey would answer him. He wasn't scared though. He knew that Spidey could handle this by himself.

As they sat down at the dinner table, Spidey found himself feeling slightly disappointed that Damsey had let go of his hand. He understood why, of course- Fuzzy was still watching them very, very carefully- but the lack of a warm palm against his own left him a little lonely.

Still, he smiled as he took in the sight of the dinner laid out across the tabletop. It looked pretty good, and he had made sure not to snack too much out of nerves and lose his appetite earlier, so he was definitely hungry enough to appreciate it all. He even managed to give Fuzzy a polite smile and nod and a brief, "This looks great! Thanks for going through the trouble to make it." He lifted his drink to his lips, intending to take a sip before digging into the food.

Then the questions started. Spidey had expected them, but he'd hoped they would come a little bit later into the meal, enough for him to settle his stomach with some dinner. Still, it wasn't like he was going to refuse to answer Damsey's brother, so he set his glass down and cleared his throat gently.

"Well, I'm a journalist. I work for Damsey's newspaper." He cast a quick, warm smile over at Damsey. "We promised not to play favorites or anything, so I'm just one of the regular reporters, nothing special. I met him the day of my interview, and there was definitely something at first sight there, for me at least." Underneath the table, he reached over to squeeze Damsey's hand for a brief moment before letting go again.

Poofy spies the children's attempts to sneak gravy but since they aren't making a mess lets it slide as well. He's more concerned out Fuzzeh right now then a little food sneaking. He tries to reassure Fuzzeh with a kiss to the cheek before the other time finally join them at the table.

It's a little awkward at first but Poofy definitely thinks that everyone can get along eventually. He takes Fuzfuz's plate and starts cutting up his food as well, playing the 'open your mouth for the airplane' game even though Fuzfuz complains that he's too old for that now and crosses his arms but reluctantly seems to change his mind once the 'airplane' becomes a 'UFO' instead.

Poofy listens closely as Fuzzeh's questioning starts and keeps an ear out just in case he needs to distract Fuzzeh if he asks something a little too personal perhaps. Which is bound to happen sometime he's sure so he might as well be prepared. In the meantime, he's rather curious as well though at how the two met. They had a very sweet story Poofy thought. He casts Spidey another welcoming smile and a nod as he answers the question. The boy really does seem just fine he thinks but he knows how Fuzzeh can be so he taps Fuzzeh on the arm and asks him to pass the ketchup if anything just t briefly get his eyes off of staring at Spidey closely.
